CD105，又稱為內皮糖蛋白，是一種以二硫鍵連接的同型二聚體跨膜蛋白。CD105是TGF-β受體復合體的輔助受體，在相關信號轉導通路中發(fā)揮作用[1,2]。CD105在血管內皮細胞中高度表達，是腫瘤血管生成的標志性分子[3]。此外，CD105也在活化的單核細胞和巨噬細胞表面表達[4]。它在血管生成調節(jié)中起重要作用[5,6]。本產品為小鼠抗人CD105單克隆抗體，用于FC方法特異性檢測人CD105蛋白。
